Under the Economic and Corporate Transparency Act, all company directors and Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) must now complete mandatory identity verification with Companies House.

To act on your behalf as accountants – including filing accounts, confirmations, and supporting identity verification – we must have your Companies House authentication code.

This code allows us to;

• Access and manage your company record securely.
• Complete required filings on time.
• Support compliance with the new identity verification rules.
• Protect your company against fraud and unauthorised changes.
